1. Return Eligibility

We understand that sometimes you may want to return items. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns:

  • Perishable Goods: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, and bakery items.
  • Non-Perishable Goods: If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable item (e.g., canned goods, packaged snacks, cleaning products), you may be eligible for a return within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If any items are damaged or defective upon delivery, we will accept the return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item(s), we will arrange for the return and send the correct items without any additional charge.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a non-perishable item or report an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at manager@vprocure.co.in within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable). Include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a prepaid return shipping label, or you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are responsible for the return shipping costs, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible Refunds: Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment options used at checkout). It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, especially for non-defective returns, and will be deducted from your refund. This will be communicated at the time of your return authorization.

4. Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges for grocery items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement to ensure the refund has not already been posted.
  • Contact your payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to process.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, we are unable to cancel it. However, if the cancellation request is made before shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Certain items may be non-returnable and non-refundable under specific circumstances, including:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price (unless damaged or defective).
  • Opened or used items, where health and safety concerns arise.
